Service Description

While wedding cakes are often the height of celebration cakes, they really are quite simple. In this class, we will teach you to bake delicious, yet sturdy cake, stack, assemble, and decorate with fresh florals. There are many occasions that call for a stacked cake, and you will be ready to create and assemble the cake for your next special event. 3 hour class- $125. Includes 8” and 6” stacked cakes and florals. Highly recommended for people who are already familiar with crumb coating, polishing and buttercream basics. If not, check out our beginner cake classes.
